1. Employment
Minimum Requirements/Certifications:
● Must be able to pass a criminal background check
● Must be 18 years or older
● Must maintain a Level 1 fingerprint card
● Must have a clean driving record over at least the last 3 years.
● Have a valid AZ Driver’s License
● Reliable transportation to work at any work location.
Required certifications (can obtained through required training):
● First Aid
● CPR
● Article 9
● Prevention and Support
2. Volunteer
Minimum Requirements/Certifications:
● Must be able to pass a criminal background check
● Must be 18 years or older

3. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Minimum Requirements/Certifications:

Must have one (1) year of previous patient transporter experience.

Must be 21 years or older

Have a valid AZ Driver’s License

Must have a clean driving record over at least the last 3 years.

Must have CPR certification or be able to obtain it prior to the start date.

Must pass drug & background checks.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 75+ pounds.
